For dogs over 60 lbs, we require an additional $100 refundable pet fee. Puppies under 1 year old require an additional $300 pet fee, $150 of which is refundable. | |

| Our lovely pool is open from early spring through late fall, weather permitting. Like to work out? Try the Powershack Gym, just up the street. Present your rental agreement to recieve your FREE full-time membership. |
